yesterday, my notebook sotopped working, it said not responding, i mean the e-drive. then when i tried to close the not responding program by push ctrl+alt+del, nothing came out. and later on, even the keyboard and the mouse were stop working. i couldnt close it, and now, i just let it open
 
plz if someone knows how to close it, plz tell me. i want to cry
 
p.s.the brand of my notebook is acer, and style is aspire 2010
