好像是一种木马，你主页设的是about:blank吧，我下载了一个杀毒的文件，名字叫CWShredder，每次启动ie前运行，就可以了，但是无法彻底删除，不知道为什么。总之聊胜于无吧。

I have the same trouble with you , but I resolve by useing no.2 method delete regedit. You can try, hope this will help you and hope your computer will become ok.

If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, and have not yet done so, you must patch for the vulnerability described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-011. If you do not, it is likely that your computer will continue to be re-infected.

NOTE: if you are running Windows XP, it is recommended that you temporarily turn off System Restore before downloading the patch (right-click my Computer/properties/system restore tab). Windows XP uses this feature, which is enabled by default, to restore the files on your computer in case they become damaged. If a virus, worm, or Trojan infects a computer, System Restore may back up the virus, worm, or Trojan on the computer.
 
Windows prevents outside programs, including antivirus programs, from modifying System Restore. Therefore, antivirus programs or tools cannot remove threats in the System Restore folder. As a result, System Restore has the potential of restoring an infected file on your computer, even after you have cleaned the infected files from all the other locations.
 
An alternative solution offered by Pest Control (which I have not verified) is to remove the following two entries in the registry using Regedit (go to Start/run/regedit)
