why when i open the BBS, there’re all question marks? i can not read any chinese! But one night b4 it was no problem. what’s wrong??

and if i go to one message directly frm the 1st page of BBS,then come back to the 1st page(in the same window), i can read chinese again......but, frm this chinese page, if i go inside any sub-BBS(same window), it changes back to question marks.
