I can not access the site at all from work.  However, I can access it from home, but the connection is very unstable.  At work, the reason for failed connection are always connection timeout.  So, I think that the firewall used by my company caused failure of connection.  Therefore, if you were using a computer behind a firewall, you might want to try another computer on another net or talk to system admin about this if you know them.
When I used tcpdump, I found www.jjwxc.net using Kerberos - this might have something to do with no access or unstable access.

Curly hair, it seems that the firewall is the problem, but I’m not 100% sure. I could access the site from work but not home before jjwxc.net moved in March. After it moved I could access from home but not work for a short time. Now I’m able to access from either place. Too bad.
