I don’t know you understand my poor English, but I have to make a strong protest to some Chinese website.
I found that the contents of my doujinshis are shown on some website. Do you know that it is the atrocity to torment for me?

I want all overseas web master to remove all my works on website immediately!!！

I understand that they bear no malice toward me for what they have done. I think they don’t know what problem is. So you all should know about the serious situation in Japan.

Most of the Japanese artists (professional or not) NEVER want someone to reproduce their illustrations without permission. Unauthorised copying someone’s works is not only very rude. It is regarded as a kind of stealing. There are a lot of doujinshi authors who are getting very very angry because their works are put on the other web site without permission. I am also in trouble. That’s why I had to remove my gallery from my website and I’ve closed my website for a long time.

We doujinshi authors are always in distress about the countermeasure for them. Some doujinshi authors had to close their web site to protect their works. Some or many of them spend much time to think about this serious problem, also I do.

Why do doujinshi authors hate reproduction by other that much? It is not the simple emotional reason. We are afraid that we lose the situation to make doujinshi. There was a miserable case in Japan. One woman who doesn’t know doujinshi found a yaoi (hentai) doujinshi of Pocket Monster and reported it to Nintendo CO. Then, the doujinshi author was arrested for a copyright infringement. Though there were tens of thousands of authors in Japan, we don’t know why only she was arrested. She was really unlucky.

In many case, the contents of doujinshi are not pleasant for an original author. However, the reason why they are overlooking us is they are knowing that we are loving their works very much. We doujinshi authors and doujinshi fans should consider that our works should not be exposed in front of the original author and general fans.

As for Mr.Inoue, it is well-known in Japan that he hates doujinshi. Therefore Japanese web masters and doujinshi authors mind it so that their works don’t meet eyes of him. I might be arrested someday. It depends on his mind. That’s why I must have been in underground, and mustn’t meet eyes of many people.

But many Chinese people uses many Japanese fan arts without author’s permission and they’re running websites with the illustrations which they stole. Therefore many Japanese doujinshi authors have a bad impression for Chinese people. Chinese web masters don’t understand our situation in Japan. Add to that Someone showed my address for mail order in Chinese BBS. It is an unbelievable act for me! It is the lack of common sense! No longer I don’t want to accept the mail order from China. It isn’t my hope to sell a lot of doujinshis to the overseas. To keep drawing the SenRu story, it’s just my hope. So I’ve been refusing access from China in order to protect myself.

Until this situation is bettered, I don’t want to have any relationship with China. I hope that you understand about my situation and I would like to have a good relationship with China someday.

我们同人志作者总是为采用什么措施应付他们而苦恼。一些同人志作者必须关闭他们的网站保护他们作品。他们有许多人花很多时间考虑这个严肃的问题，我也一样。

同人志作者为什么不喜欢那样的复制？ 不是单纯感情上的原因。我们怕那样的情况会令我们不能再制作同人志，在日本有个不幸的例子，谁不知道有好事者发现了一个yaoi(hentai)口袋怪物的同人作品并且把它报告给任天堂公司的高层。然后，这个同人作者的同人作品因版权侵犯被逮捕。在日本国内虽然有数以万计名作者，我们不知道为什么只有她被逮捕。她真的很不幸。

很多例子，同人志的内容令原著作者非常不愉快。不过，他们知道我们热爱他们的作品，这正是他们为什么忽视我们的原因，我们同人作者和同人爱好者努力使我们的作品不被那些原著作者和一般爱好者看到。

至于井上老师，在日本众所周知他不喜欢同人志。因此，日本网站管理人和同人作者小心地让他们的作品不被井上老师看到。也许有一天我会被逮捕，这取决于井上老师的意见。那就是我为什么必须进行很隐秘，不可以让很多人看见。

但是很多中国人未经作者的许可，就盗用很多日本站点的插图。这使很多日本同人作者对中国人造成了不好的印象。中国网站的管理人不理解我们在日本国内的处境。在我的汉语BBS邮购（《DEEP PURPLE》）的某位把那些事情告诉我，这样的行为让我实在难以相信！是缺乏常识的！我不想再接受中国方面的邮购。我并不希望对海外出售许多同人。我仅仅希望能一直画仙流的故事，所以为了保护自己我的网站谢绝来自中国的访问。

直到这种情况被改善，我都不想和中国有任何联系。我希望您能理解我的处境，并且我（依然）希望有朝一日能和中国方面保持良好的关系。

I’m so sorry that there are the people who are hurt because of reading my statement. I know that there are a lot of people in mainland of China to know about the position of Japanese doujinshi authors.


To let them know the truth "we doujinshi authors don’t want to be used our works on the net" is my purpose.And I know that the person who showed my address in BBS wanted to introduce how to order my doujinshi. However, it is thoughtless to show personal information on the internet, isn’t it? I think they are teenagers, so they don’t know the common knowledge. Triggered by this matter, I want them to learn about the basic internet manner.So please understand that I don’t deny all Chinese people.


I e-mailed to the site owner and asked to remove my works. They scan all pages of my comics and put them on their website. It’s the worst thing for me. But they’ve been ignoring me.

I don’t know what I can do...


又及：我很抱歉有些人会因为读了我的声明而感觉到被伤害。我知道在中国大陆也有很多人了解日本同人志作者所处的情势。

我的目的是让那些〔无授权转载的〕人了解“我们同人志作者并不希望自己的作品被应用在网上”。而且我明白那个把我的地址在BBS上公布出来的人是为了介绍如何订购我的同人志。然而这种将个人信息公布在互联网的做法是欠缺考虑的，不是吗？我想他们都只有十几岁，所以并不了解一般常识。所以我希望他们能了解基本的互联网礼仪。因此请明白我并不是否定了所有的中国人。

我给网站所有者发了电子邮件请求移除我的作品。他们扫描了我的全部漫画并在他们的网站上公开，对我来说这是再糟糕没有的事情。然而他们无视我的请求。

我不知道还能做什么……
