大家先不要用加拿大红十字会，原因如下：意思是超过一定限度后捐款将被转移到加拿大红十字会为未来灾难准备的基金里，而不会被专款专用。

其实也无所谓吧。因为上面是说如果超过了所需要的金额，那应该是指超过了这次的地震救缓用的钱足够了再转移给未来的国际灾害。更何况这次这么大的灾难，用钱一定不会少。

所以我说先不要用它，不是说绝对不能用它。如果有别的办法直接汇到国内还是不要通过加拿大红十字会了。
